EAM - Enterprise asset management system

This module enables you to lay out, at any time, a complete list of all assets and equipments and assess its value. Easy to use for managers, and ability to generate reports and/or export to any excel file. The module creates a complete record for each one of your assets and equipments (bar codes, location, price, picture, supplier, etc.)

Each of your assets will have its own identification sheet that will contain:

• Its bar code number
• Its location
• Its status (sold, on loan, stored, out-of-use, repaired)
• Its value
• Its photograph
• Its transactions history (sale, improvement, loan, repairs, maintenance)
