CMMS -Computerized maintenance management system

This module enables you to plan and structure the maintenance of each equipments and the frequency to which this one must be done. Preventive maintenance will reduce down times and will save you time and money. All procedures, work orders and work order frequencies will be documented. Moreover, the work of your maintenance team will be structured and standardized, therefore in conformity with ISO standards. This tool can also be used to manage new project and subcontractors ( ex : electricians).

In the Preventive Maintenance menu, you can

• Sort and regroup the necessary information for the maintenance of your assets :
• the bar code number of the assets to be maintained
• the frequency of the maintenance
• the mechanic who carries out each maintenance
• the task to be carried out for each asset
• the date of the next maintenance
• View and alter the date of the last and of the next maintenance :
• View the work order that is created for each maintenance and modify it if required.
• Configure the menu for each user of the application.
• View the preventive maintenance to be carried out (by week or by employee)
• View the required work (by week or by employee)
• View and print work orders by employee or by week
· Select work orders and transfer them to another week or to another employee (drag and drop) to balance the mechanics' workload.
• Complete the work orders (with or without parts details; with or without details of the mechanics' time).
